You can simply use my settings. That is f/11, ISO 100 and 250ws of flash if you use a striplight as your modifier. However, in any case, you will have to make the first photo and check, whether you like the exposure or not. If it is too dark for your taste, dial up the flash. If you find it too bright, dial down your flash. This goes back to my previous post in which I proposed that there is no such thing as a "correct exposure".
