This character was shot during my Hall of Waters sequence and was such a fun time to edit. I used old sketches & cabinet cards as my reference. I made her headdress from the Bridal Veil & Lilac that overruns the yard for only 2 weeks of the year & then whooosh, it's gone. To finish it off, we accented with a few Iris blooms.
It took absolutely all I had in me to maintain the discipline needed to make this a black & white piece, as the color ended up equally as gorgeous. At the end of the day, I've always wanted a B&W in Faerieland.

Bust Garment: Derya Ayvaz — whose pieces came all the way from Turkey (made especially for Faerieland) & whose pieces you'll see again in the next character's sequence.
