New Faerieland!
This piece is what I refer to in my background notes & book writing of the Faerieland board as a 'segue' piece.
In every shoot for the board, I take a photo of a character that is a more detailed & beauty centric portrait, meant to bring the viewer closer to that particular character & when this series is finally in book form, my aim is to have the 'segue' pieces be the first pages of that character within the book which will segue a reader into the more narrative portions of each of their stories.
This one is part of the "Nairn" character sequence.

Other quick notes to mention tonight:
-- I've been incredibly lucky by how many magazines have run editorials of Faerieland this year - From Germany to Korea, but I am quite looking forward to seeing her run in NY's "Papercut Mag"
I believe they'll be running it in their upcoming Art Issue. I'll post when I know more & scan in when I have copies.
