Berlin-based photographer and director Maria Barton is from Gijón, a small city in the north of Spain where, according to the local newspaper, there are more dogs than people under 25. There is little to do there, so she started skating and shooting skateboarding more than 15 years ago. Some years later, she translated her spontaneous and authentic style into fashion. Maria works in the field of fashion and creative direction for fashion clients and has shared her intimate and bold point of view with clients like: Vogue Spain, Pull&Bear, Tom Tailor, Esprit, Fucking Young, Hypebeast, Cosmpolitan Germany and more.
